In connection with increasing production volume of cheese the quantity of its reserves started to grow in Ukraine that not only complicates the process of its selling, but also reduces the prices on this type of products.
Now all over Europe falling of prices of cheeses connected with discrepancy of production to demand is observed. Vsesvit Group is engaged in optimization the process of deliveries to retail chains of Ukraine. In particular, we use the latest practices in field of transport logistics, bringing to perfection the transportation of goods from our brand portfolio. The developed transport logistics allows saving the time and funds, to deliver required goods to end consumer. Working with the best representatives of food industry of Ukraine and from abroad, we have gained long-term experience and are ready for new cooperation.
In the current difficult situation for cheese-makers the experts see possible using of dumping to win the market and customers. It is not excluded, that the surplus will be selling by whole warehouses per 80 uah/kg, because it is more profitable than to make milk and butter.
The problems with export have also appeared: strong competition and absence of new markets don’t allow selling out the surplus to other countries. So, export of cheese products decreased to 1.5 thousand tons/month, while export of the cheese amounted 600 tons. It got to the point that some cheese-makers sell the goods without any profit, just to stay on the market.
We’d like to remind that stable reduction of prices for cheese is observed in Europe because of the loss of markets in Russia.
