Requirements:

experience of 5 years in a structured FMCG company as commercial director, national manager, marketing director or director of sales;
nigher education (economic, marketing, management, maintenance);
excellent knowledge of the market FMCG: major players in the market, distributors in the territory;
deep knowledge of the issues of sales management and logistics;
knowledge of marketing and business processes;
excellent skills of planning and budgeting;
systematic approach to problem solving, knowledge of modern management schemes;
successful experience in negotiating and building relationships with suppliers;
experience of independent development documents regulating the activities of the Commercial Department;
high level of autonomy in decision-making and responsibility for the outcome;
successful experience of managing a team of 30 persons ;
willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

strategic vision for product promotion;
market monitoring and analysis, tracking competitors' strategies;
market launch of new products;
pricing policy by brand;
compilation of sales plans, monitoring performance;
improving the efficiency of business processes commercial department of the company, the introduction of new technologies and modern methods of work organization and management;
setting goals to enhance sales, improve the work with suppliers, product development and implementation of programs and monitoring their implementation;
involved in the planning and budgeting of business;
directly involved in the negotiation and conclusion of commercial and marketing agreements with major customers;
analysis of the market of Ukraine (food, direction: "Grocery", "Confectionery");
development, coordination and implementation of short-term and long-term sales strategy of the company;
providing specified levels of profitability and efficiency, the search for new sales channels.
