The cartel conspiracy, which Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (ACU) suspected the largest Ukrainian retailers in, was not confirmed by the court.
The Antimonopoly Committee has lost almost all the processes associated with the investigation of the collusion of the largest food chains, conducted in 2012-2014. The information was confirmed by the head of the AMCU Yury Terentyev.
The case was completed in 2015. They analyzed the collusion between Ukrainian retailers and the research company ASNilsen Ukraine. The case involved such chains as Fozzy, ATB, METRO, Auchan, Novus and others.
